Rules & Regulations

Canadian
Law

Each person must have a Coast Guard approved life jacket (cushion will not suffice) and each boat must have a waterproof flashlight. Be sure to bring your own waterproof flashlight for the boat.

Fishing License,
Outdoor Card

You may purchase or renew your Ontario Outdoors Card and purchase your Ontario fishing license online at www.ontario.ca/outdoorscard or by calling 1-800-387-7011. You must have an Ontario Outdoors card (valid for 3 years) to buy an Ontario fishing license. You can also purchase & renew in person at participating license issuers (bait stores, flying service). We do not carry fishing licenses or Outdoors Cards at camp.

Conservation
Policy

We encourage conservation licenses and require all trophy walleye and northern pike be released. By releasing these trophy fish for spawning stock we can ensure exceptional fishing at Flindt Landing Camp now and for generations to come!
